Florence, AL (May 15, 2024) – On Monday, May 13, three people were injured after a two-vehicle collision in the Florence area. The accident was reported at the corner of Tuna Avenue and Florence Boulevard early that morning, around 7:30 a.m. Local reports revealed that a school bus and a passenger car collided at the scene.

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. It was later reported that the driver of the car ran a red light and crashed into the side of the bus. Two students on board the bus and the driver of the other vehicle were hurt in the crash, and all three were transported to a local hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries.
