Deadly ATV Accidents in Alabama

Montgomery, AL - One Killed in ATV Crash at Cotton St & Rigby St

Although off-road vehicles such as ATVs are fantastic for recreation and fun, using them near major roadways can be a considerable risk. Every year, between 300 and 400 ATV-related deaths are reported to happen on American roadways. These vehicles are more likely to flip due to their inherent design, which can cause riders to be ejected, pinned, and sustain serious injuries. The majority of ATV-related fatalities involve victims under the age of 16. Accidents can result in severe injuries that alter your life, whether you or someone you love is involved.
